绿僵菌对油茶象幼虫林间控制效果

【摘要】 利用2个对油茶象(Curculio chinensis Chevrolat)幼虫具有高致病力的金龟子绿僵菌FJMa201101和FJMa201205菌株培养的菌剂,采用林间地表喷菌的方式(引入试虫后第5天喷菌、喷菌后当天引入试虫、喷菌后第5天引入试虫、喷菌后第15天引入试虫4个处理方式)对其进行防治试验。结果表明,喷菌后油茶象幼虫校正死亡率随着时间的推移逐渐升高;施菌后30 d油茶象幼虫校正死亡率为34%~56%,喷菌后引入试虫的防治效果好于引入试虫后再喷菌的处理,FJMa201101菌株处理的油茶象幼虫死亡率比FJMa201205略高;喷菌后180 d,油茶象幼虫校正死亡率均超过70%,不同处理间的差异不显著;喷菌后300 d,油茶象幼虫校正死亡率均超过了80%,但不同处理间差异不显著,且2个菌株处理的幼虫校正死亡率也没有显著差异。说明绿僵菌对油茶象幼虫具有持续控制的效能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,formulation of two screened Metarhizium anisopliae strains with high virulence against Curculio chinensis,was used as control agent in the field for testing control effect using four methods. The results showed that,after M. anisopliae suspension was sprayed on the soil,the adjusted mortality of C. chinensis larvae in the soil were increased with time. The adjusted mortality of C. chinensis larvae 30 days after the suspension sprayed were 34% ~ 56% for different treatment,the control effect of the treatment that larvae were introduced to soil after spraying conidia suspension were significantly higher than the treatment that larvae were introduced before spraying. The adjusted mortality of different treatments 180 days after the suspension sprayed were over 70%,and there were no significant different between different treatment. The adjusted mortality of different treatments 300 days after the suspension sprayed were over 80%,and there were no significant different between different treatments. And there were no significant difference between the two superior strains. The results of field test showed that M. anisopliae has the potential of sustainable control of C. chinensis larvae in the soil.
