【摘要】 以3年生大白杜鹃实生苗为试材,探讨不同浓度的植物生长调节剂PP333(多效唑)、CCC(矮壮素)对大白杜鹃幼苗内源激素的影响。结果表明:PP333、CCC处理下大白杜鹃茎段内IAA、GA3和ZR含量均低于对照,ABA含量均高于对照;2种植物生长调节剂浓度与GA3、ZR含量呈负相关性,与ABA含量呈正相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using different concentrations of two plant growth regulators paclobutrazol( PP333) and chlormequat( CCC) handling Rhodoendron decorum 3-year-old seedlings,it based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) analyzing endogenous hormones in the leaves. The results showed that PP333 and CCC treatment with different concentrations,reducing the IAA,GA3,and ZR content in the leaves,compared with the control; ABA content was higher than the control. GA3 and ZR content was negatively correlated with the concentration of two plant growth regulators,and ABA content was positively correlated with the concentration of two plant growth regulators.更多还原
