氯化钠胁迫下雷竹的离子选择性运输能力

【摘要】 采用盆栽模拟试验,研究不同质量分数的Na Cl(0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)处理土壤30 d雷竹的离子选择性运输能力(ST)的变化。结果表明:ST(根/鞭)随着土壤Na Cl含量的升高,在Na Cl 0.3%处理时到达最大值,为8.35;随后又下降。除了Na Cl 0.5%处理外,ST(鞭/枝)的选择性运输能力极弱。随着Na Cl胁迫时间的增加,ST(根/鞭)和ST(鞭/枝)均呈低—高—低—高的变化规律;但在Na Cl胁迫的第18天,ST(鞭/枝)达到最低,仅为0.44;而比ST(根/鞭)、ST(枝/叶)分别达到9.94、14.32。Na Cl胁迫前期,ST(枝/叶)比ST(鞭/枝)、ST(根/鞭)都高,但后期迅速下降。在Na Cl 0.3%胁迫下,雷竹在胁迫后的第6天ST为6.27,远大于其他处理;Na Cl 0.1%、0.3%处理下,前期ST基本都比Na Cl 0.5%处理高,表明雷竹在短期内可以耐0.3%的Na Cl胁迫。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to reveal the responses of Phyllostachys praecox cv Prevernalis to Na Cl levels in the ionic selective transportation by the method of pot culture experimend. Seedlings were subjected to Nacl stress by 0%,0. 1%,0. 3% to0. 5% Na Cl solutions for 30 d. The results showed that,the ionic selective transportation of Na+and K+( ST) in root/rhizome increased with soil Na Cl content,top at 0. 3% Na Cl treatment( 8. 35) and then decreased. ST( rhizome / branches) was very weak except at 0. 5% Na Cl treatment. With the time increased of Na Cl stress,the ST( root / rhizome) and the ST( rhizome / branches) were both in low—high—low—high change trend. ST( rhizome / branches) was the lowest( 0. 44) in the first 18 days while ST( root / rhizome) and ST( leaves / branches) were 9. 94 and 14. 32 respectively. ST( leaves / branches) was higher than ST in rhizome / branches and root / rhizome in the earlier stage and then decreased rapidly in the later. Highest ST( 6. 27) was found after in the first 6 days under the 0. 3% Na Cl treatment,much larger than the other treatments. ST at earlier time under 0. 1% and 0. 3% treatment was higher than that under 0. 5%. The result demonstrated that Phyllostachys praecox cv. Prevernalis had Na Cl tolerance under 0. 3%Na Cl during short time.
