水泥窑污泥间接干化原位除臭工业试验
Industrial Research on in Situ Deodorization of Cement Kiln Indirect Drying Sludge
【摘要】 采用自制的原位除臭剂,以人工喷洒的方式在北京水泥厂进行了原位除臭实验。北京水泥厂的恶臭背景值以污泥的干化车间2层最高,添加除臭剂后,4个监测点的臭气浓度都下降,尤其是污泥仓下降极显著,幅度达到89%以上,证明除臭剂的原位除臭效果显著。由于污泥仓内没有污泥与除臭剂的混合装置,造成除臭剂分布不均匀,污泥的螺旋输送环节有漏泥现象,而污泥泵送环节压差变化较大。
【Abstract】 In situ deodorization experiment was carried out by spraying artificial deodorant in Beijing cement plant. Maximum background of odor was at the second floor of sludge drying workshop. Odor concentration of 4 monitoring points are all decreased after adding deodorant, and decreased significantly at the sludge storage with the ratio above 89%. The results showed the significant effect of in situ deodorant. Due to the lack of mixing device of sludge and deodorant, uneven distribution of deodorant caused leakage phenomenon during the screw conveying and pressure changes during sludge pumping.
