【Abstract】 Taking Begonia fimbristipula ‘Erhao’which was cultivated by Baicheng Academy of Forestry as experimental materials,tissue culture of stem with buds of Begonia fimbristipula was conducted.Tissue culture program and culture medium formula were selected.Result shows that MS+6-BA 0.5mg· L-1+NAA 0.1mg·L-1 is the suitable culture medium for inducing bud;MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1+IAA 0.1mg·L-1is the suitable proliferation medium.更多还原
