制备无硫膨胀石墨新方法的研究
Study on A New Method for Preparation Sulfur-Free Exfoliated Graphite
【摘要】 本文研究了用高氯酸和丙酸混合液作插层剂制备无硫膨胀石墨的新方法。利用正交实验方法筛选出制备的最佳条件。在最佳条件下制备的可膨胀石墨的膨胀容积是260ml/g,产品不含硫。用扫描电镜对产品进行了微观形貌分析,用红外光谱仪测定了产品的红外光谱。
【Abstract】 A new method was studied for preparing sulfurfree exfoliated graphite by using a mixed solution of HCl O4 and C2H5COOH as intercalatant. The best conditions for preparing the exfoliated graphite were optimized by an orthogonal test method.Expandable graphite with 260ml/g expanded volume was obtained in the best conditions. The product was analyzed by the methods of SEM and IR.
