白花三叶草替代蛋白质配合饲料效果研究
A study on feeding value of Trifolium repens
【摘要】 试验旨在研究含有不同比例的白花三叶草(Trifolium repens Linn)配合饲料对草金鱼(Goldfish)生长及诱食活性的影响。选取体质量约10 g杂食性淡水鱼类——草金鱼(Goldfish)作为试验对象,采用摄食率法和迷宫法作为试验方法,将白花三叶草粉分别按5%、10%、20%的比例替代鱼粉、豆粕粉和小麦粉,2周后,研究草金鱼生长情况以及诱食活性的变化。结果表明:试验组的增重率和特定生长率明显提高且饲料系数明显降低,其中以20%白花三叶草添加量的饲料效果最为明显,增重率提高了88.09%,饲料系数降低了50.48%.此外,10%和20%白花三叶草添加量的饲料对草金鱼的诱食作用均为显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,含有白花三叶草的水产配合饲料不会影响草金鱼的正常生长,且可有效的降低饲料的成本。
【Abstract】 This experiment is aimed at studying the impact on Goldfish about the mixed feed which indifferent proportions of Trifolium repens Linn. Choose the omnivore-fish—Goldfish which weights 10 gas the experimental subject, using the feeding rate method and maze method as the experimental meth-od.In experimental group, the proportion of the Trifolium repens Linn are 5%, 10% and 20% respec-tively. To study the growth and the activity of p H agostimulant of Goldfish in the last 2 weeks. The re-sults shows that: the weight gain rate and the special growth rate of the experimental group was signifi-cantly increased while the feed coefficient decreased. What’s more, feedstuff that contain 20% of theTrifolium repens are most obviously, the weight gain rate has increased 88.09% and the feed coeffi-cient has decreased 50.48%. In addition, feedstuff that contain 10% and 20% amount of Trifolium re-pens performed the most significant impact of an attractant activity(P<0.05). Thus it can be seen thatthe mixed feed will not impede the development of Goldfish and can also effectively help to reduce thecost.
