基于分析优化方法的既有工业建筑节能改造
Energy-Saving Retrofitting for Existing Industrial Construction Based on Exergy Analysis Optimization Method
【摘要】 针对一既有工业建筑节能改造为研究对象,利用分析方法进行系统的研究和实践应用,通过建立分析模型,对既有工业建筑节能改造3个围护结构节能方案进行分析和各方案优化,经过分析各方案在生产阶段的耗及其CO2排放量,并对其运行阶段节量与CO2节排量也进行了计算分析,最后对经济性做出相应评价。结果证明:分析方法是更全面、科学、有效的优化方法,具有符合节能、减排双重优化分析的效果;分析结合经济性分析能够更好地评价方案的优劣。
【Abstract】 Regarding the energy conservation retrofitting of an existing industrial building as the research object, the exergy analysis method is applied on the system researching and practical application. It conducts exergy analysis and scheme optimization to three solutions for the existing industrial building’s energy-saving retrofitting through establishing exergy analysis model. The exergy consumption and CO2 emissions of production phase are analzyed, as well as the exergy saving and CO2 emissions of the running phase, with evaluation on the corresponding economy. The results show that exergy analysis is a more comprehensive, scientific and effective optimization method. It is a dual optimization analysis to results conforming to the energy efficiency and emission reductions. Exergy analysis combining with economic analysis can be better to the evaluating scheme.
