【摘要】 目的建立风险评估体系探讨其在大型活动公共卫生保障的应用。方法通过描述传染病发生的危险因素,采用历史数据回顾、专家咨询、风险矩阵等方法,将举办大型活动期间北京市通州区发生重大传染病的风险水平进行分析判断,确定采取应急措施的重点。结果在国庆活动排练基地保障中,共排查出24种重大传染病事件,132个风险隐患点,逐一分析风险源的可能性和危害程度、控制和应对事件的能力。结论北京市通州区首次将风险管理引入奥运城市层面公共卫生保障和国庆60周年活动排练基地保障,建立风险评估框架和体系,在大型活动卫生保障中取得了良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a risk assessment system and discuss its application in large-scale activities of public health security. Methods On the basis of the description of the risk factors of infectious diseases,historical data review,expert consultation,and risk matrix method,the risk level of the outbreak of the major infectious diseases during large scale events in our district were analyzed,and emergency measures were focused. Results On the rehearsals for the protection of base security of National Day,24 kinds of important infectious diseases events and 132 potential risk points were found,the possibility and harm degree of risk sources were analyzed,and the ability of the control and respond to events were estimated as well. Conclusion The risk management for the security safe guard of public health at the Olympic city level and the rehearsal base of sixtieth anniversary of National Day was first introduced to our district,a risk assessment framework and system was established,satisfactory results in largescale activities for health protection were achieved.更多还原
