【摘要】 目的 评价前入路Stoppa手术治疗巨大难复性疝的疗效。方法 回顾、总结2011年8月至2015年1月对24例巨大难复性疝的病人运用前入路Stoppa手术修补的临床资料。结果 本组无手术死亡病例,24例病人无切口感染,术后疼痛轻、恢复快,随访23例,随访时间3~48个月,平均31.5个月,无复发病例。结论 前入路Stoppa手术治疗巨大难复性疝具有操作可行、并发症少、复发率低的优点,是针对巨大难复性疝较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Ahstract]Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of anterior Stoppa approach for giant irreducible hernia.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 24 patients undergoing anterior Stoppa approach for giant irreducible hernia between August 2011 and January 2015,at Wuhan First Hospital.Results There were on perioperative deaths associated with surgical treatments,and no incision infection in all 24 cases.Postoperative pain was mild and recovered quickly.After a median followup of 31.5 months(range,3-48 months),no recurrence was found.Conclusions The anterior Stoppa approach is feasible for giant irreducible hernia,with fewer complications and lower recurrence rates.The anterior Stoppa approach is an optimal surgical procedure for giant irreducible hernia.更多还原
