【摘要】 目的 探讨少见肠梗阻的诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析5年收治的20例少见肠梗阻的临床资料。结果 20例病人中,3例胆石性肠梗阻,4例柿石性肠梗阻,4例放射性肠炎致肠梗阻,小肠扭转2例,小肠内疝3例,乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症3例,肠系膜根部挛缩致血运性肠梗阻1例,均经手术治愈。结论 正确认识少见病因引起的肠梗阻的临床特点,对指导诊断和治疗有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the diagnosis and treatment of rare intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of rare intestinal obstruction admitted on Department of Colorectal & Anal Surgery of our hospital during 5 years were retrospectively.Results The rare intestinal obstruction was induced by gallstone ileus in 3 cases,by persimmon stone in 4 cases,by radiation enteritis in 4 cases,by enteric volvulus in 2 cases,by hernia in the small intestine in 2 cases,by sigmoid endometriosis in 3 cases,and vascular supply origin caused by contracture in mesentery root in 1 cases.All the patients were cured surgically.Conclusions To recognize the clinical features of the rare intestinal obstruction is significant for its diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
