椭圆囊内淋巴阀对人内耳前庭平衡功能影响的数值研究
Numerical study for the influence of utriculo-endolymphatic valve on the balance function of vestibule in human inner ear
【摘要】 目的探讨椭圆囊内淋巴阀(Bast瓣膜)在人内耳前庭半规管平衡机制中的作用,对尚未明确的椭圆囊内淋巴阀功能进行探索。方法对1名健康女性右侧内耳半规管解剖结构进行三维重建,建立椭圆囊内淋巴阀不同开放程度的数值模型,对头位变化过程中内淋巴液的流动进行数值模拟。结果椭圆囊内淋巴阀张开后,任意头位变化,使得内耳膜迷路上部和下部的内淋巴液体积不等量交换。如果体位变化激励越大,椭圆囊内淋巴阀的开口面积越大,通过开口交换的内淋巴液体积将越多,对嵴顶变形运动的影响会越大,从而影响半规管的平衡感受。结论椭圆囊内淋巴阀在前庭半规管行使平衡功能的过程中起着重要作用,如果功能异常,可能增加梅尼埃病等前庭疾病的发生几率。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE A numerical model was developed in order to study the role of the utriculoendolymphatic valve(Bast valve) for the rotation-sensing capabilities of semicircular canals. METHODS The threedimensional numerical model of the right vestibular of a healthy woman was reconstructed with different open levels of Bast valve. Based on this numerical model the lymph flow caused by the motion of head was simulated. RESULTSBased on this model, we found unequal exchange volumes of endoly mph bet ween the two parts of membranous labyrinth caused by head rotation. A bigger stimulation will induce more endolymph passing through a larger valve opening, causing larger effects on the cupular vibration and the balance sensation. CONCLUSION The utriculoendolymph valve plays an important role in modulating semicircular canals function,which might cause higher incidence rate of inner ear diseases.
