首次脑梗死患者血同型半胱氨酸含量的测定及分析
Measurement and analysis of the blood concentrations of homocysteine in cerebral infarction after the first attack
【摘要】 目的探讨首次脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)含量与脑梗死发生的关系。方法收集2012年1月至2013年10月首次发病的72例急性脑梗死患者,其中动脉硬化性血栓形成性脑梗死(ACI)38例,腔隙性脑梗死(LI)24例,脑栓塞(CE)10例,收集同期健康体检者(对照组)50例,测定血清Hcy含量。结果 ACI组、LI组及CE组血清Hcy含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);三组间血清Hcy含量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者Hcy含量明显增高。观察Hcy水平的改变对于预测脑梗死的发生有意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine levels and cerebral infarction in cerebral infarction after the first attack. Methods A total of 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected from January 2012 to October 2013. Among them,38 cases were atherothrobotic cerebral infarction( ACI),24 cases were lacuna infarction( LI),and 10 cases were cerebral embolism infarction( CE). At the same time,50 healthy subiects were collected as the controls. All of them were measured with the levels of blood homocysteine. Results The levels of blood homocysteine in patients with ACI,LI and CE were significantly higher than that in normal controls( all P < 0. 01). The levels of blood homocysteine had no obvious difference between ACI,LI and CE group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The blood concentrations of homocysteine in patients with acute cerebral infarction increase significantly. To observe the changes of blood level of homocysteine is very valuable to forecast the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
