【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年12月河南省省直第一医院确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者87例,根据血糖控制治疗效果分为治疗组51例和观察组36例,并选取同时期来我院分娩的正常孕妇103例作为对照组。比较三组孕妇的妊娠并发症发生情况及新生儿并发症发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组母婴各项并发症发生率比较差异均未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组母婴各项并发症的发生率低于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴各并发症发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者通过积极合理治疗,效果理想的患者,可以显著降低孕产妇及围产儿并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome. Methods Eight-seven patients diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected according to the treatment effect of control of glucose,and were divided into treatment group( 51 cases) and observation group( 36 cases). At the same time,103 cases of normal pregnant women in labor were selected as control group. The pregnancy complications and neonatal complications among the three groups were compared. Results The pregnancy complications and neonatal complications between the treatment group and control group had no significant difference( P > 0. 05); The pregnancy complications and neonatal complications of treatment group were lower than those of observation group,and the differences were significant( P < 0. 05); The pregnancy complications and neonatal complications between the observation group and control group had no significant difference( P < 0. 05).
