【摘要】 目的了解洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员代谢综合征(MS)发病情况,为指导医务人员积极采取保健措施提供依据。方法选取洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员,对其体检情况采用整群随机抽样方法进行研究,对体检人群代谢综合征情况进行分析。结果 MS患病率为23.94%,超重和肥胖在所有异常指标中检出率最高,男性MS、超重或肥胖、高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的患病率均明显高于女性;不同年龄间MS、高血压、高血糖、血脂紊乱和超重指标随着年龄的增长均有明显增加。结论洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员具有较高的MS患病率,各组患病率在不同性别、不同年龄段有所不同,超重和肥胖检出率最高,30岁以上医务人员应该高度警惕MS的发生,加强保健意识,定期体检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the occurrence of metabolic syndrome( MS) in medical staff over 30 in the first people’s hospital of Luoyang,and thus to provide a guide for medical personnel to take care measures. Methods Selected the medical staff over the age of 30 and conducted a cluster random sampling method,and analyzed the data of metabolic syndrome occurrence. Results The prevalence of MS was 23. 94%. The detection rates of overweight or obesity were the highest among all the abnormal index. Prevalence rates of MS,overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia in male were significantly higher than those in female; MS,high blood pressure,high blood sugar,blood lipid disorder and the overweight index vary in different age group and they increased with age getting older. Conclusion In this hospital,the medical staff over the age of 30 are with a higher prevalence of MS,and the prevalence rate varies in different gender,different age groups,the rate of overweight and obesity were the highest. Medical staff over the age of 30 should be alert to the occurrence of MS,strengthening the health consciousness,and take health check regularly.更多还原
