【摘要】 目的探讨小面积切除联合光动力治疗面部基底细胞癌的效果。方法将58例面部基底细胞癌患者分为两组,治疗组选择小面积切除联合光动力治疗,对照组选择大面积扩大切除治疗,随访1年,记录患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为92.1%和90.0%,复发率为7.9%和10.0%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小面积切除联合光动力治疗面部基底细胞癌的效果好、瘢痕小、复发率底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined treatment with conservative surgical ablation and PDT for facial basal cell carcinoma. Methods Fifty-eight patients with facial basal cell carcinoma were enrolled and divided into two groups. The treatment group received combined treatment with conservative surgical ablation and PDT,and the control group recived extended resection only. All patients were followed up for 1 year,the therapeutic effects and side effects were recorded.Results The recovery rate of two groups was 92. 1% and 90. 0%,respectively. The recurrence rate was 7. 9% and 10. 0%.There were no significant differences between combine treatment and extended resection( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Combined treatment of conservative surgical ablation and PDT in treatment of facial basal cell carcinoma is effective and aesthetic.更多还原
