多路螺栓拉伸量数据采集系统的研制
Development of a Multi-Channel Data Acquisition System for Bolt Tensioning
【摘要】 介绍采用容栅式数显量具和红外通讯技术,对螺栓拉伸量进行多通道数据采集系统的开发与应用。着重介绍了系统原理以及软、硬件设计。该系统应用于特殊测量环境条件下的多路数据实时数据采集,并将多个数字量具的测量数据通过无线方式(红外)传送到计算机,通过计算机上的接收软件对接收到的数据进行数据显示、记录、分析。
【Abstract】 Use of capacitive grating digital display gauges and infrared communication technology of bolt tension development and application of multi-channel data acquisition system.System principle and design of hardware and software are introduced.The system should be used under special environment condition of multi-channel real-time data acquisition and digital gauge measuring data wirelessly(infrared) to your computer,received through the computer software the received data the data displayed,recorded and analyzed.
