系统扰动对600MW机组轴系扭振影响及防范措施

【摘要】 结合600 MW发电机组运行实际情况,阐述了系统扰动与600 MW汽轮发电机组轴系扭振问题。全面叙述系统扰动对轴系扭振的响应、轴系扭振的特点、电气扰动对轴系扭振的影响分析、轴系疲劳寿命损耗监测等,并进一步提出轴系扭振的抑制和防范措施,供600 MW汽轮发电机组工作人员借鉴参考。

【Abstract】 The problem between the system disturbance and the torsional vibration of 600 MW steam turbine generator is elaborated according to the actual running situation of it. A comprehensive account of response about the system disturbance to the torsional vibration, the characteristics of the torsional vibration, electrical disturbance to the influence of shafting torsional vibration analysis and shaft fatigue life loss monitoring, etc is given. Furthermore, the suppression and prevention measures of torsional vibration is put forward for 600 MW turbo-generator set reference.
