煤制气再燃气固两相流分离数值模拟研究

【摘要】 以与某130 t/h冷态炉膛相匹配的部分煤制气实验装置为物理模型,基于颗粒轨道数学模型,采用Fluent计算软件对煤制气气固分离工况进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:随着分离风的增大,颗粒湍流范围增大,煤粉颗粒停留时间增加,当颗粒粒径为3.5 mm、分离风为11 m/s时,气固分离效果最好,颗粒停留时间达到2.2 s的比例为70%。

【Abstract】 The different gas-solid separation conditions was simulated by the Fluent software, based on a gas-solid separation device, which matches with a 130 t/h cold furnace, as the physical model and solid-trajectory model as the mathematical model. The research shows that, the turbulent flow range of the particle and the particle residence time was increased with the increasing of the separator wind. The ratio of the particle residence time which reach 2.2s can be 70%and the effect of separation is best, when the particle size is 3.5mm, and the separation wind velocity is 11m/s.
