CFRP体外预应力筋加固大空间门式刚架的抗火性能

【摘要】 CFRP体外预应力筋加固钢结构是一种新型钢结构加固技术,其抗火性能值得研究。基于CFRP筋高温力学性能分析,结合瞬态动力学数值计算方法,建立了体外预应力CFRP筋加固大空间门式刚架抗火分析的数值计算模型,分析了CFRP筋线膨胀系数、预应力设计值及预应力筋截面积对结构抗火的影响。研究结果表明:1CFRP体外预应力筋加固后的大空间门式刚架抗火性能明显提高;2可以不考虑CFRP筋线膨胀系数对结构抗火的影响;3CFRP筋预应力设计值与预应力筋截面积对结构抗火有不同程度的影响。研究结果可供大空间门式刚架加固后的抗火设计、火灾风险评估参考。

【Abstract】 Steel structure reinforced by the external prestressed CFRP bar is a new technology,the fire-resistance of reinforced steel structure is important.Based on the analysis of high temperature mechanical properties CFRP bar and combined with numerical calculation method for the transient dynamics,the fire resistance analysis numerical model was set up for large spacial steel portal frame with pre-stressed CFRP bar.The fire resistance effected by CFRP tendons and the linear expansion coefficient and the cross-sectional area of CFRP bar was analysed.The results show that:1 the ability to resist fire for large spacial steel portal frame after reinforcement by external prestressed CFRP bar is obviously improved;2the influence of CFRP linear expansion coefficient may be regardless;3 CFRP tendons prestressed design value and the cross-sectional area of prestressed steel structure fire resistance has a different degree of influence.
