【摘要】 目前国家标准《标准体系表编制的原则和要求》仅给出了标准体系表编制的原则和要求,未能提供标准体系表编制的思路和工作方法,因此,以矿业权评估标准体系表为例,结合以往编制国土资源标准体系等标准体系工作的经验,探索标准体系表编制的流程和方法,完成了标准体系的范围界定,工作流程(业务分类)的梳理,具体标准的确定,及矿业权评估标准体系表的编制工作,以此为标准体系表的编制提供思路、可借鉴的经验和相关标准的立项提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,Principles and requirements for preparing diagrams of standard system only gives the principle and requirement,lacks the way and method for preparing diagrams of standard system.Taking the standard system of mining rights evaluation as an example,with years of experiences on preparing land and resources standard system,the paper explores the procedure and the method of compiling the standard system to complete the scope of the standard system,the confirmation of standard and the preparing diagrams for a standard system.The research will lead to reflections,offering referential experience and basis for project approval of relevant standards.更多还原
