一种可编程式的多频率检测器的设计
Design of A Programmable Multi Frequency Detector
【摘要】 通过比较分析传统的时钟频率检测器,提出了一种改进的可编程式多频率检测器。该频率检测器是基于模拟检测和数字检测相结合的方式进行设计,可实现多频率检测,且多档频率报警阈值点可进行自定义编程设置,具有高检测精度和低功耗的特点。采用了先进的最小沟道长度为65nm的SMIC 65nm工艺,具有1层多晶硅和8层金属布线,在不考虑ESD和焊盘的条件下,芯片面积为0.02 mm2。后仿真结果表明,其频率检测偏差满足-2%~+2%范围,整个系统消耗功率为67.3u W。
【Abstract】 After comparison and analysis of the traditional frequency detector, this paper proposes an improved programmable multi frequency detector. The frequency detector was designed on the basis of existing analog detecting methods and digital detecting methods. It achieves multi frequency detection with high detection accuracy and low power consumption. And the multi gear frequency threshold can also be set through programming by users. Smic65 nm process, which has one poly layer and eight metal layers, is taken in the design. A silicon area of 0.02mm2(without pads and ESD) is obtained. The post simulation results indicate that the detecting frequency variation is-2%~+2% and the power consumption of the power consumption of the whole system is only 67.3u W.
