【摘要】 实验室的开放能够激发学生主动学习的热情,对于提高教学质量、人才培养意义显著。但随着实验开放的内容的不断更新、开放方式及开放人次的增加,也产生了一些新的问题。结合设计类专业实验室的特点,以管理者的视角,分别从实验室开放的管理过程、安全问题、经费保障、考评机制等方面对实验室开放过程中存在的问题加以阐述和分析,指出当前实验室开放过程中存在的问题,并提出相应解决办法,为实验室管理者提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open Lab can stimulate the enthusiasm of students in active learning, a significant meaning is to improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivate. But with updated content of the opening experiment constantly, growth of open approach and open person, but also some new problems arise. Combining the features of design specialty lab, on a managerial perspective, these problems are described and analyzed respectively including the lab open management, security issues, financial security, evaluation mechanism in the laboratory open process, and some propose solutions are provided as references for laboratory managers.更多还原
