【摘要】 目的:建立产后三泡外洗浓缩液的薄层色谱鉴别法。方法:飞龙掌血采用氨水碱化的三氯甲烷提取,在正己烷-三氯甲烷-丙酮(15:10:2)展开。肿节风用石油醚萃取后再用三氯甲烷提取,在甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(9∶4∶1)展开。结果:飞龙掌血斑点喷以改良碘化铋钾试液后显色明显。肿节风在365nm下检视有荧光斑点,氨熏后斑点变为黄绿色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop postpartum three foam concentrate Washing TLC method.
