基于回复电压特征量的油纸绝缘老化诊断

【摘要】 准确诊断油纸绝缘变压器老化状态对降低变压器故障率,提高电力系统供电可靠性具有重要意义。首先对回复电压特征量与油纸绝缘老化之间的关系进行了理论分析,然后通过同台变压器不同绕组和同台变压器检修前后的回复电压测量数据来研究油纸绝缘老化与回复电压特征量之间的内在联系。研究结果表明,回复电压初始斜率在短充电时间下反映绝缘油的老化情况,而在长充电时间下则反映绝缘纸的老化情况,且初始斜率越小,其反映的绝缘介质的绝缘状态越好。回复电压极化谱最大值反映油纸绝缘变压器绝缘纸的老化状态;回复电压极化谱的短充电时间部分反映绝缘油的老化状态;回复电压极化谱的长充电时间部分反映绝缘纸的老化状态。回复电压曲线的峰值时间越大,油纸绝缘变压器绝缘状态越好。

【Abstract】 Diagnosing the transformer oil-paper insulation aging condition accurately has vast importance to reduce the rate of transformer fault and improve the reliability of power supply. This paper analyzed theoretically the relationship between characteristics of return voltage and the oil-paper insulation aging,and researched the internal connection between oil-paper insulation aging and the characteristics of return voltage through the return voltage’s date of one transformer’s different windings and the other one transformer which before and after repaired. Research results show that the return voltage’s initial slope reflects aging condition of insulating oil in short charging time,and reflects aging condition of insulating paper in long charging time,and the smaller the initial slope is,the better the insulating state of insulating medium. Maximum value of return voltage polarization spectrum reflects the aging condition of transformer’s insulating paper; return voltage polarization spectrum reflects the aging condition of insulating oil in short charging time,return voltage polarization spectrum reflects the aging condition of insulating paper in long charging time. The bigger the return voltage curve’s peak time is,the better the insulation state of the oil-paper insulation transformer.
