离子色谱法同时测定微量铝离子和铬离子
The Ion Chromatography Simultaneously Measures the Aluminum Ion and the Chromium Ion Experimental Study
【摘要】 研究建立一种采用离子色谱法同时测定铝离子和铬离子含量的方法,并对比分析铝离子和铬离子的出峰情况.实验证明:采用离子色谱法,铬离子和铝离子的色谱峰能够很好的分开,测定铬离子的最低检出限达到10-5mg/L,回收率为0.9896;测定铝的最低检出限可达到10-7mg/L回收率为0.9629.
【Abstract】 Research and establish the method of simultaneous determination for aluminum ion and chromium ion by ion chromatography,And the comparative analysis the chromatographic peak of aluminum ion and chromium ion.Experiments show that chromatographic peaks of chromium ion and aluminum ion can separate well,by ion chromatography,the determination of chromium in the lowest detection limit can reach 10-5mg/L,the recovery rate is 0.9896;the determination of aluminium in the lowest detection limit can reach 10-7mg/L re-covery rate was 0.9629.
