单排插装连接器拼接安装工艺
Processing of Single Row Plug-in Connectors’ Splice and Installation
【摘要】 针对航天相机结构尺寸狭小,需要的连接器种类多且数量少,提出了一种拼接安装工艺,实现单排插装连接器的二维拼接安装。根据实际的工程应用,介绍了拼接质量影响因素,采用工装限位结合单点焊接试装,对单排插装连接器拼接安装工艺进行了详细介绍,可为相关的航天连接器应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the structure of space camera size small, connector types need more and less quantity, present a splicing installation process to realize the single row plug-in connector two-dimensional splicing installation. According to the actual engineering application, introduce the factors affecting the quality of mosaic. Using tooling limit with single point soldering test equipment, the single row plug-in connector splice installation process are introduced in detail, which can provide reference for the related to the application of space connector.
