高精度石英挠性加速度计的温度场分析
The temperature field analysis of high resolution flexture pendulum accelerometer
【摘要】 利用有限元方法研究加速度计内部的温度分布,探讨了影响温度分布的因素,通过对温度误差的分析,阐述了提高加速度计力矩器标度因数稳定性的有效途径。结果表明:加速度计内部的温度传递以热传导为主,结构对称的两部分出现温度分布的不对称,导致变形也不对称;空气和辐射条件对反馈线圈的温度影响较大;外部电路和环境温度对壳体和磁路各组件影响较大,为高精度石英挠性加速度计的设计提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Temperature field analysis in high resolution accelerometer is presented by FEA.The influential factors on temperature distribution are analyzed.Effective compensation methods on scale factors of accelerometer torque are presented by means of temperature error analysis.The results show temperature transfer is completed mainly by heat conduction and spreading out asymmetrically in two symmetrical parts which causes deformation in structure.Air and radiation influence temperature in coil evidently while environment and electronic circuit influence temperature in shell and magnet circuit.
