【摘要】 近年来到海南过冬的"候鸟老人"急剧增多,影响广泛,引发了各种争议与担忧,甚至抱怨海南国际旅游岛终将沦落为国内养老岛。从旅游业角度来看,海南发展"候鸟式"养老利弊兼具,机遇与挑战并存,解决问题的关键是趋利避害、把握机遇、积极应对,要树立"大旅游"理念,融合发展相关产业,加强公共服务设施建设,发展经营性旅游房地产,借鉴佛罗里达经验等,引导海南"候鸟式"养老产业健康持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The increase of the number of the"migrant elderly people"to spend their winter in Hainan with its influence has initiated lots of debates and worries,one of which is that Hainan International tourist destination may descend to be "the domestic nursing island". However,from the point of view of tourism,there are both advantages and the converse,opportunities and challenges in developing in Hainan seasonal migrant of retirees. The key to solve the above worry is to seize the opportunity of building the tourism destination and take appropriate actions,playing out the advantages and avoid the disadvantages,establish the concept of"macro-tourism",integrate the development of related industries,strengthen the construction of public service facilities,develop business tourism real estate and draw on the experience of Florida,United States.更多还原
