【摘要】 从分析全国高校和高等水平运动队学习理论文化知识与身体体能训练这一矛盾入手,发现了影响高校高水平运动队"学训矛盾"的主要因素。提出了要有效解决"学训矛盾",必需为高校办高水平运动队设立正确的目标定位。采取有效的手段提高生源质量、完善教学、训练管理模式与体制、教会运动员充分合理地利用好课余时间。指出通过尽快完成由运动员到大学生的角色转换,以进一步改善"学训关系"。通过不断优化现有的高水平运动队的管理措施,有利于为国家培养大学生高水平运动员达到最终目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the status quo contradiction between elite athletes’ academic study and professional training in the universities,this paper states that to effectively solve the problem,universities that have their own elite athletic sports teams should set up the appropriate target for their elite athletes’ performance,build up the right policies for enrollment and registry of elite athletes into universities,upgrade the fundamental level of academic scores upon their enrollment,systematically improve their management of the academic teaching curriculum and professional training and teach the elite athletes to make good and full use of their spare time,etc.To further improve the relation between their academic study and professional training we should push elite athletes to make their role’s transition as quickly as possible right after their enrollment into universities.Our nation’s goal to foster more college elite athletes can’t be achieved unless the countermeasures and policies that govern the management of elite athletes in colleges could be optimized systematically.更多还原
