【摘要】 黄曲霉毒素Bl(AFBl)会对人和动物的肝脏产生损伤,还会引发肝癌。它还与其他致肝癌的因素,如乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的慢性感染等协同作用而促进肝癌的发生和发展。AFBl可能通过影响DNA修复系统、药物代谢酶系统及细胞色素P450(CYP)代谢酶基因的异常表达导致肝癌的发生。有研究报道,许多中药能通过影响细胞色素P450酶而起到保护肝脏的作用。论文就黄曲霉毒素B1对肝损伤过程中P450代谢酶活性变化及一些中药显著降低AFB1诱发肝癌发生率的机制进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aflatoxin Bl(AFBl)would damage the liver of human and animals,even lead to serious liver cancer.The synergistic interaction of AFBl and HBV promotes hepatocarcinogenesis.AFBl may lead to liver cancer by influencing genes of the DNA repair system,drug metabolic enzyme system and cytochrome P450(CYP450)metabolic enzyme.Many researches have reported that Chinese medicine through the cytochrome P450 enzymes play a role in protecting the liver.In this paper,the effects of aflatoxin B1 on CYP 450 metabolic enzymatic activity in liver injury,and mechanisms of some Chinese medicines significantly reducing the incidence of liver cancer by AFB1 were reviewed.更多还原
