氯化盐溶液中氢化燃烧合成MgH2的水解制氢性能
Hydrogen generation properties from hydrolysis of magnesium hydride in chloride salt solution
【摘要】 利用氢化燃烧合成(Hydriding Combustion Synthesis,HCS)制备的镁基氢化物(Mg H2)与氯化盐溶液反应制取氢气。分别比较了Ni Cl2、Mg Cl2、Cu Cl2及Ca Cl2溶液中HCS Mg H2的水解制氢量和转化率,着重研究了Mg Cl2溶液的浓度、温度及球磨预处理时间对HCS Mg H2水解制氢性能的影响规律。研究表明:60 min球磨预处理的HCS Mg H2,在30℃的0.5 mol/L Mg Cl2溶液中,反应30 min制氢量可达1 635 m L/g,转化率可达96%。
【Abstract】 Magnesium hydride prepared by hydriding combustion synthesis(HCS) was used to generate hydrogen via hydrolysis in chloride salt solutions. The hydrogen yields and conversion rates in Ni Cl2, Mg Cl2, Cu Cl2 and Ca Cl2 solutions were compared. The effects of the concentration of Mg Cl2 solution, the initial temperature of solution and the time of ball milling on the hydrogen generation performance were studied in detail. A hydrogen yield of 1 635 m L/g and a conversion rate of 96% were obtained in 0.5 mol/L Mg Cl2 solution at 30 ℃ by HCSed magnesium hydride ball milled for 60 min.
