氧化镧对碳钢表面化学镀镍-锌-磷合金的影响

【摘要】 采用在基础镀液中添加La2O3的方法改善化学镀镍-锌-磷合金的工艺性能。考察了La2O3对沉积速率和镀层表面形貌、耐蚀时间和晶体结构等性能的影响。结果表明,上述性能均随着La2O3浓度的增加呈先改善而后削弱的趋势,最适宜的La2O3质量浓度确定为10 mg/L。在最适宜La2O3质量浓度下,与基础镀液比较,沉积速率从3.70 mg/(cm2·h)提高至4.28 mg/(cm2·h),耐蚀时间t从240 h延长至300 h,扫描电镜下可见镀层由粗糙、灰暗、不均匀和有缺陷变为平整、光亮、均匀和致密,X-射线衍射仪显示镀层非晶相程度得到增强。

【Abstract】 La2O3was added to basic plating solution for improving the performances of electroless Ni-Zn-P plating. Effects of the La2O3 on deposition rate,coating surface morphology,corrosion resistant time and crystal structure were investigated. Results showed that the above performances were improved at first and then weakened with increasing of the La2O3 concentration,and the optimal La2O3 concentration was determined as 10 mg / L. Under this optimal La2O3 concentration,the deposition rate was increased from 3. 70 mg /( cm2·h) to 4. 28 mg /( cm2·h) and the corrosion resistant time was prolonged from240 h to 300 h,compared with the basic plating solution. SEM results showed that the coating changed from rough,grey dark,uneven and defective to smooth,bright,even and dense. Also,amorphous phase degree of the coating was strengthened as detected by X-ray diffractometer.
