盐酸特比萘酚改性硅丙树脂的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 通过自由基聚合将含有广谱抗菌活性的盐酸特比萘酚(TH)接枝共聚到硅丙树脂链上,合成出了盐酸特比萘酚改性硅丙树脂。改性涂层与普通硅丙涂层比较,吸水率下降了1%,当有机硅单体添加量达到15%时,对水接触角提高了13.8°,同时增强了涂层的抑菌活性。通过其他常规性能测试,TH改性涂层与未改性硅丙树脂涂层性能基本没有差别。

【Abstract】 The broad-spectrum antimicrobial drugs terbinafine hydrochloride was grafted onto the chain of silicone-acrylic resin and TH modified silicone-acrylic resin was synthesized. Compared with ordinary resin,the water absorption decreased by 1%. The water contact angle was increased by 13. 8 ° when the organic silicon monomer was added to 15%,and the antibacterial activity of the coating was enhanced as well. The results of other conventional tests showed that there was no performance difference between TH modified silicone-acrylic resin coating and the unmodified coating.
