微波交联壳聚糖树脂合成工艺条件对Pb2+吸附量的影响
Effects of Synthesis Conditions of Microwave Cross-linked Chitosan on Pb2+ Adsorption Capacity
【摘要】 以壳聚糖为原料,合成了微波交联壳聚糖树脂。研究了乳化剂用量、聚乙二醇相对分子质量、交联反应时间等合成工艺条件对树脂及对Pb2+吸附量的影响。结果表明,当以聚乙二醇2000为致孔剂,0.12 g乳化剂,2 m L甲醛,5 m L环氧氯丙烷,交联反应t在20 min时,树脂对Pb2+具有较高的吸附量。
【Abstract】 Microwave cross-linked chitosan resin was synthesized with chitosan as raw material. Effects of synthesis conditions,such as emulsifier dosage,molecular weight of polyethylene glycol( PEG),cross-linking reaction time,on Pb2 +adsorption capacity were studied. Results showed that when PEG2000 was used as porogen,emulsifier quality was 0. 12 g,formaldehyde quality was 2 ml,epichlorohydrin quality was 5ml,cross-linking reaction time was 20 min,the resin had better Pb2 +adsorption capacity.
