计及爬坡和运行禁区的经济调度新算法

【摘要】 为求解计及爬坡约束、运行禁区、网损和阀点效应的非凸经济调度问题,提出一种双模式模拟植物生长算法。鉴于模拟植物生长算法是针对整数规划而提出的一种高效、稳定的全局优化算法,其在非整数规划中的应用尚不多见,文章对模拟植物算法进行了改进,以使其适用于求解电力系统经济调度这一含连续变量的非整数规划问题。考虑到节点生长步长对算法性能的影响,设计了新节点粗放生长和精细生长双重生长模式,以保证节点多样性。为进一步改善算法的收敛性和计算效率,建立了基于混沌变量的最优选种机制。算例仿真结果表明,改进算法在求解质量、精度、稳定性和收敛性等方面较其他算法具有明显优势。

【Abstract】 A novel dual mode plant growth simulation algorithm(DPGSA) is proposed for non-convex economic dispatch(ED) with ramp limit, prohibited operating zones, power losses and valve point effect. Initially plant growth simulation algorithm(PGSA) was used for solving integer optimization and has shown efficient and robust global searching ability. However, its application for non-integer optimization is rarely reported. In view of this, this paper modified the original PGSA to be suitable for non-integer ED problems. Considering the impact of step size on performance of the algorithm, a dual mode containing both extensive and refined growth pattern is proposed for maintaining the diversity of new nodes. In order to further improve the convergence and efficiency of the proposed algorithm, an optimal seed selection strategy based on chaotic variable has been established. Simulation results show that the proposed approach has obvious advantages in terms of solution quality, accuracy and convergence as compared with other published algorithms.
