【摘要】 提出了一种主动配电网规划–运行联合优化模型,用于主动配电网规划。在规划决策方面,考虑了线路改造和新建、储能(energy storage system,ESS)及分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的选址定容;在运行策略方面,考虑典型日下DG和ESS的经济调度。同时,考虑了承担DG、ESS建设投资的区域能源供应商的营收状况。其中DG为出力可控的小型燃气轮机,通过分段线性化对发电成本进行了细化分析。算例分析结果证明了联合优化模型的有效性,具有减少电网建设和运行费用、提高DG的利用小时数等优点。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes an active distribution network planning-operation co-optimization model. In terms of investment planning, replacing and adding circuits, building up DG or ESS are included; in terms of operation, economic dispatch of DG and ESS in typical days is calculated. Moreover, the revenue condition of regional energy supplier investing DG and ESS is considered. The DG is dispatchable small gas turbines, and their generation costs are analyzed with piecewise linearization. The numerical results demonstrate the validity of the co-optimization model as well as the benefits on reducing ADN’s investment and operation cost and increasing the utilization hours of DG.
