空间矢量变环宽滞环电流控制方法

【摘要】 提出了一种适用于电压源型逆变器的变环宽空间矢量滞环电流控制方法。该方法借助传统空间矢量的调制方法,从参考电压矢量的瞬时采样位置获取滞环控制器的滞环宽度。基于逆变器零电压矢量对应的误差电流调整a轴b轴2个多阶滞环比较器的滞环宽度,由滞环比较器的输出值根据开关矢量表确定下一控制周期的逆变器输出电压矢量。该滞环控制器维持了空间矢量滞环控制器动态响应迅速,系统对负载参数变化的不敏感,优选相邻空间电压矢量输出等特点。与固定环宽的空间矢量滞环控制器相比,该方法简化了空间矢量滞环控制器的滞环参数整定过程,提高了控制器的动态性能。仿真及实验算例验证了所提方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new space-vector-based hysteresis current controller(HCC) with varied band for voltage-source inverters(VSI). In this proposed HCC, varied current-error bands are worked out using the instantaneous information of the vector triangular sector in which the tip of the reference vector lies, similar to find out the duration time of the active vector in conventional space vector modulation for VSI. Based on the varied current-error boundaries along α- and β-axes, the desired voltage vector is determined by the digital outputs of two multilevel hysteresis comparators in α- and β-axes integrated with a switching table. The proposed hysteresis controller retains all advantages of current-error space-vector-based hysteresis controller like quick transient response, intrinsic robustness to load parameters variations, adjacent voltage vector switching, etc. Moreover, it significantly improves performance of reference current tracking, and simplifies the parameterization design for an optimized performance in the vector-based HCC, without increasing control complexity requirements. The proposed controller is verified using MATLAB simulation, and is implemented on a three-phase two-level 3k W inverter based on EP4CE10E22 and TMS320F28335 control platform.
