【Abstract】 The ideological and political education in Colleges is an important channel in educating the students in social mainstream ideology and in leading them to foster correct world outlook, views on life and values. In order to achieve the goal of Ideological and political education, we need the educators and those being educated to work together.The relationship between the two is the keypoint of the effect of Ideological and political education. This key is who is the subject of the problem.
