【Abstract】 PCB( Printed Circuit Board) is an important part for electronic products,and quality detection for the holes on PCB has vital significance to PCB industry. In this paper,a classification for the holes on PCB is made and analysis about various types and cases of defects is given. Then the technology of PCB holes detection at different times is briefly described,which focuses on the development of AOI technology for PCB holes detection in China.更多还原
