【摘要】 目的观察年龄增加对胃排空和胃内食物分布的影响。方法 50例健康志愿者按年龄不同分为青年组、中年组和老年组,进食99mTc-DTPA标记的试餐后利用双探头单光子发射计算机断层成像术(single-photon emission computed tomography,SPECT)采集图像,通过计算机产生的像素将胃的每帧影像划分为近端胃、远端胃,分别测定、计算半排空时间、90 min胃内残留率、不同时相胃各部分面积、计数/像素比等。结果老年组近端胃半排空时间较青年组、中年组缩短(P<0.05),远端胃90 min胃内核素残留率较青年组、中年组增多(P<0.05);老年组近端胃60、90 min时相面积较青年组、中年组明显减少(P<0.05)。30、60、90 min时相老年组远端胃时相面积较青年组、中年组明显增加;在30、90 min时相老年组远端胃计数/像素比较青年组、中年组增加(P<0.05)。结论胃排空并没有随着年龄的增加而减慢,但老年人近端胃内食物过快流向远端胃,这种胃内食物分布异常可能与老年人食欲减退、胃纳减少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of ageing on gastric emptying and intragastric distribution of food. Methods Fifty healthy volunteers were divided into young group,middle-age group and old-age group. After the volunteers took the test meal labeled by99mTc-DTPA,gastric emptying and intragastric distribution of food were examined in all volunteers by single photon emission computed tomography. Their stomachs were divided into proximal part and distal part. The half gastric emptying time,end amount of90 min,areas of different gastric parts,and count / pixel ratio were tested in given time. Results In the oldage group,half gastric emptying time was reduced in the proximal gastric part( P < 0. 05),and the end amount of 90 min was increased in the distal gastric part( P < 0. 05). Areas of the proximal gastric part in 60 min and90 min were reduced in the old-age group( P < 0. 05),while areas of the distal gastric part in 30 min,60 min and 90 min were increased significantly. Count / pixel ratios of the distal gastric part in 30 min and 90 min were increased significantly in the old-age group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The gastric emptying is not changed with ageing,but the intragastric distribution of food in the old-age group shows a difference during gastric emptying.更多还原
