【摘要】 对陕南抽样的27个自然村典型的1572栋农村房屋进行了实地调查,重点调查农屋的房屋结构形式、房屋建造场地和房屋抗震构造措施等因素,并对房屋进行了安全性等级定性鉴定,调研结果显示,陕南农村房屋的结构以砖混结构、生土结构和砖木结构为主,所占比例分别为33.52%、31.04%和25.13%;其安全性等级为A、B、C和D的比例分别为37.03%、36.83、17.62%和8.52%,砖混结构中安全性等级为A的比例为69.83%、安全性等级为B和C的依次为27.89%,2.28%,同时指出房屋的建造场地和抗震构造措施方面存在的问题,并提出相关处理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The on-the-spot investigation on 1572 rural buildings in 27 typical villages of southern Shaanxi Province was conducted,which was focused on building type,construction site and details of seismic design etc. And safety level of building was proposed. The results showed that the structure type of rural buildings in South Shaanxi Province was masonry structure,raw-soil structure and brick-and-timber structure,taking up for 33. 52%,31. 04% and 25. 13% respectively. The corresponding safety level of building( from A to D) was 37. 03%,36. 83%,17. 62% and 8. 52% respectively,while for masonry structure,safety level of building( from A to C) was 69. 83%,27. 89% and 2. 28% respectively.Meanwhile,the problems of construction site and details of seismic design were proposed and related solutions were suggested.更多还原
