闭口截面异形柱轴心受压稳定系数

【摘要】 为了使住宅中柱边缘与墙体齐平、增加房屋面积使用率,同时满足居住者对建筑美观的要求,构建并研究了一种新型闭口截面异形柱.首先,采用常用规格的冷弯方钢管和冷弯槽钢,分别构建了不同尺寸的L形、T形和十字形闭口截面异形柱.然后,运用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了仅简化考虑初始几何缺陷的轴心受压非线性分析,根据分析结果计算柱的轴心受压稳定系数,并与现行的规范值进行比较,以验证现行规范对于该柱的适用性.研究结果表明,在仅简化考虑初始几何缺陷的情况下,该柱的轴心受压稳定系数小于a类截面规范值、大于b类截面规范值.现行规范适用于针对该柱的轴心受压承载力验算,轴心受压稳定系数应按b类截面取值,验算结果偏于安全.

【Abstract】 In order to avoid the unevenness between column edges and walls in residences,increase the usage rates of rooms and satisfy aesthetic requirements from residents,a newtype of closed special-shaped columns is developed and investigated. First,cold forming square tubes and channel steels with regular sizes are used to develop L-shaped,T-shaped and crisscross-section closed special-shaped columns with different sizes. Then,the finite element software ANSYS is employed to conduct the nonlinear analysis of the columns under axial compression by taking simplified initial imperfection in geometry into consideration. According to the simulation results,the stability coefficients of the columns under axial compression are calculated and compared with the current code values to verify the applicability of the code to the columns. The study results demonstrate that when just simplified initial imperfection in geometry is considered,the stability coefficients of the columns under axial compression are less than the corresponding code values of columns with type-a sections and greater than those with type-b sections. It is applicable to use the current code to check the bearing capacity of the columns under axial compression. The stability coefficient should be considered as that with type-b sections and the results tend to be safer.
