地区电网智能调度控制系统实践与展望
Practice and Prospects of Dispatching and Control Systems in Regional Power Grid
【摘要】 基于地县调度机构的业务需求,深入分析了地区电网智能调度控制系统建设中遇到的网络安全要求高、调控数据增长快、地县需求差异大、缺乏事故处理全流程辅助决策等深层次问题。针对需求与存在的问题,从支持地县广域网络安全互联、适应地县通信网络带宽窄、满足地县不同运行人员按需定制的实时监视需求、增强调度控制系统支持调控大数据量处理能力、提高地县设备控制安全综合防误能力、满足电网事故处理全过程的调度辅助决策等方面,总结了地区电网调度控制系统的技术实践。最后针对地区电网智能调度控制系统在逐步推广过程中需要关注的技术发展问题提出了展望。
【Abstract】 Based on the business demand of the regional and county dispatching centers,an analysis is made of the problems of the high network security requirement,fast development of dispatching control data,big differences between regional and county dispatching centers,lack of full auxiliary emergency decision-making and whatnot.A summary is made of technical solution in support of WAN safe interconnection between regional and county dispatching and control systems,adaptability to network bandwidth for regional and county dispatching centers,meeting different on-demand real-time monitoring demands of regional and county dispatching centers,improvement of large data processing capability,the comprehensive anti-maloperation capability,and the full auxiliary emergency decision-making.Finally,a look-ahead is presented for future technology development in promoting the smart dispatching and control system in the regional grid.
