螺纹联接加载平面位置对载荷变形关系的影响
Analysis of Threaded Connection Loading Plane Location on Load-Deformation Relationship
【摘要】 常规螺纹联接计算一般不考虑轴向外载荷加载平面位置对载荷变形关系的影响.而目前被业内广泛认可的德国VDI2230螺栓计算准则,则通过载荷因数φ对此问题进行了定量表述.依据静力平衡原理、胡克定律和变形协调条件等力学基本理论,探讨了加载平面处于不同位置时对螺栓及被联接件的载荷变形关系影响的基本原理,为深入研究螺纹联接及其工程应用提供了有益的参考.
【Abstract】 In common calculation of threaded connection,the effects of axial external loading plane location on the load-deformation relationship are usually not considered. According to the widely accepted Germany threaded connection calculation standard VDI2230,a load factor φ was defined to express the effect of loading deformation which is leading by the axial external loading plane location. In order to research its theoretical foundation and basic principle,via some basic mechanical theories such as the principle of statical equilibrium,Hooke’s law and the deformation compatibility conditions,the effect of loading deformation which is leading by the axial external loading plane location is discussed,which provides a reference for the further study and engineering application of the threaded connection.
