【Abstract】 In according to teaching practice of "Code- switching type bilingual teaching "in Dalian Nationalities Universities,building concept of the curriculum culture system of bilingual teaching of code- switching type is put forward. The system can establish an effective carrier for college students’ English ability,guide college students from passive learning to active English knowledge and explore practical and effective way to improve college students’ integrated English skills.
