基于Solidworks的铲齿装配与运动仿真设计

【摘要】 用solidworks完成了铲齿成形铣刀的设计,并依据工件廓形及铲齿成形铣刀廓形进行了铲齿车刀、凸轮、铲齿成形铣刀的三维设计。根据铲齿成形铣刀齿背曲线的形成原理,进行了三维装配及铲齿运动的动态仿真,为铲齿成形铣刀的设计及铲磨干涉检测打下了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The design of relieving forming milling cutter is accomplished by using Solidworks in this paper. And the 3D design of relieving turning tool,cam,relieving forming milling cutter according to the profile of part. The 3D assembling and relieving motion simulatation are performed based on the forming principle of tooth back profile of relieving forming milling cutter. The research in this paper provides the theoretical basis for the design of relieving forming milling cutter and their relieving interfere detecting.
