基于准滑模的异步电机直接转矩虚拟磁链控制
Virtual Flux Control of Direct Torque Control for an Induction Motor Based on Pseud-sliding Mode
【摘要】 面对严峻的环境和能源问题,大力生产和使用混合电动汽车已势在必行,其中电机驱动为关键的技术环节。为了节约成本,提出了无电压传感器虚拟磁链控制,通过脉宽调制(PWM)逆变器的导通状态和直流侧电压估算三相定子电压,进而得到虚拟磁链来控制整个电机的运行状态;当电动汽车工作在复杂的运行环境时,为稳定并提高电机的控制性能,准滑模控制也被应用到系统中,采用准滑模控制方法设计的比例积分(PI)控制器代替传统的PI调节器,可以缩短电机实际转速跟踪给定转速的时间并且几乎无超调和机械脉动。最后通过仿真和实验验证了控制策略的可行性。
【Abstract】 Facing with severe problems of environment and energy,it has become an essential tendency to produce and use widely the electric vehicles and is important to drive motor for controlling electric vehicles.In order to save cost,virtual flux control without voltage sensor is proposed.Three-phase stator voltages are estimated by conducting state of pulse width modulation(PWM) inverter and DC voltage.Then virtual flux is obtained and can control the motor’s operating state.In consideration of complex operating condition for electric vehicles,pseud-sliding mode control is also applied in the system to stable and improve the performance,which replace tradition proportional integral(PI) and can reduce time to trace the given speed without overshoot and chattering phenomenon.Finally,simulations and experiments prove the feasibility of the proposed schemes.
