长初级双边直线感应电机测速研究

【摘要】 在各类直线电机中,长初级双边直线感应电机非常适用于高速大推力的运动场合。在介绍长初级双边直线感应电机在这些场合需满足的性能要求及测速特点的基础上,着重论述了直线光电编码器检测技术、激光传感器检测技术和无速度传感器速度辨识法在长初级双边直线感应电机测速中的应用,给出了它们的实现原理及方法,并进行对比分析和实验验证。实验结果表明使用激光检测法得到的速度精度更高,响应速度更快。

【Abstract】 In all kinds of linear motors,the long primary double-sided linear induction motor is suitable for the movement application with high speed and thrust.The requirement performance and characteristics of the speed-detecting for the long primary double-sided linear induction motor to be met in these applications are introduced.Emphases are put on the application of the linear optical encoder detection technology,laser sensor technology and speed sensorless identification method to speed detection for the long primary double-sided linear induction motor.The principles and methods are given,the comparison and analysis between them also are given.Experimental results show that the speed has higher precision and faster response based on the laser detection method.
