基于BP神经网络的直线电机推力波动抑制研究
Strategy to Restrain Force Ripple of Linear Motor Based on BP Neural Network
【摘要】 永磁同步直线电机(PMSLM)的齿槽效应和端部效应所产生的定位力是引起推力波动的主要原因,而推力波动是影响其速度平稳性的重要因素之一,抑制由定位力引起的推力波动是伺服控制器设计中必须考虑的问题。此处建立了定位力数学模型,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的推力波动抑制策略。仿真和实验结果均表明该抑制策略的正确性及有效性。
【Abstract】 The detent force arising from the cogging and end effect of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) is the main reason causing the force ripple,and the force ripple is one of the important factors affecting the velocity smoothness.Restraining the force ripple caused by detent force is a question must be considered in the designing of servo controller.The mathematical model of detent force is established and a force ripple restraining strategy based on BP neural network is presented.Simulation and experimental results show the correctness and validity of the restraining strategy.
